Disney Vacation Day 3: part 1

Monday of our vacation was the big day. Ava had an appointment at the Bippidi Boppidi Boutique and we all had dinner reservations at Cinderella’s Royal Table in Cinderella’s Castle- so we were all excited!

The earliest you can do the BBB is age 3, but I didn't know if Ava had enough hair at that point. (Actually, I was still worried about the amount of hair at 4) But I knew I couldn't put it off any longer, we made a reservation for her and she counted down the days! Her plan the entire time was to be Rapunzel, thank goodness that didn't change- we already had the complete outfit since she dressed up as her for Halloween.

We went in, changed her into her dress and waited until it was our turn to experience the magic! :)

While we were sitting down waiting, I glanced over and she was just a looking at her self in the mirror spinning- so sweet

Finally it was her turn, she picked out her hairstyle, we opted to go with the one that had the tiara, there were a couple she debated back and forth on, but ultimately that was what she decided.

Then the process began...

Of course, her posse was there to watch everything (all except Uncle Scott and Elyse, they ditched us to go ride Space Mountain)

I feel like it should be noted that is all her own hair, I couldn't believe it- and the girl, Allison, actually told me they have done it with less hair than Ava- I'm sorry, but I'll have to see that to believe it!

She picked out her nail polish- pink of course.

And then she picked out her eye shadow- pink and blue

She added a face charm? gem? I'm not even sure of the correct term. Meanwhile, there was a little girl a couple seats over that was getting 'dolled up' (which by the way, Roro has taught Ava the term 'dolled up' and she told her that morning she was ready to be 'dolled up'!). The little girl had red hair and was so excited about everything- she chose a different hairstyle that was a little crazy but it fit her personality to a T (you know them redheads!) So we joked about how that was going to be Garrett and Caitlin's child! ha!

Finally with the addition of a little pixie dust, we had our princess!

Then it was time for the big reveal! Do you see the paparazzi waiting to take pictures in the mirror! haha!

I love the little boy in the background- I don't know who he was or where he came from- but oh my- his face!

After getting pampered we headed over to take pictures. Another plus to our photopass card was that all of these pictures were included- so I didn't have to purchase these separately! Which is great because when you spend a fortune at the BBB you want to get nice pictures, right?!

Roro had bought her a matching purse and gloves she wore the gloves to protect her fingernails :)

And since we wanted a picture with the castle in the background, we all walked around front get one- We didn't want to risk anything happening to the outfit or hair before we had the picture!

It was so much fun- one of the highlights of the trip- its going to be hard for me to tell her we can't do it every time we go- (shhhh! don't tell her that!)
