Disney on Ice 2013

This year, the Easter bunny left Ava a surprise with tickets to see Disney on Ice. He also told her that her friend Baylie, Brody, and Trevor were getting tickets as well so she was even more excited!



We decided to meet at Zaxby's to eat before the show- last year we went to Chili's but we cut it close to missing the beginning of the show. This worked out perfect, it was fast and easy and we made it to the arena with time to spare! Baylie and Ava decided to wear their Rapunzel dresses- are they the prettiest princesses?!

 



A little background on the show- this year it was called Dare to Dream and it was all princesses, so Jason was none too thrilled about the boys going to a 'Princess' show, however we told him that 1. the girls went to see Toy Story last year and while technically that isn't all boy, it is definitely geared more towards boys than girls and 2. they were on a date with their 2 princesses :) so that made it totally acceptable!

We also got to see Raeleigh, she was sitting a few rows ahead of us! Ava was excited to see her!



Thankfully Jenny and Tracy brought their small point & shoot cameras, I had forgotten they were funny about bigger cameras, so I'm stealing all these pictures from them. Jenny was nice enough to take a family picture for us!





Luckily, they did have Mickey and his pals come out a few times, so it wasn't ALL girl....



It was a cute show, we ended up seeing Tiana, Cinderella (which the boys cared the least about), and everyone's favorite- Rapunzel. We had such a great time! Its fun to spend time with great friends!
