Happy Halloween

Growing up we never did the Trick or Treating thing, we mainly went to the Fall Festival and then to Nana's. We didn't and still don't live in a subdivision so you never have to really worry about having trick-or-treaters. Nana on the other hand lives in the city, right up town, so she used to be the area to hit. It has changed as most kids load up and head over to nearby subdivisions so they can hit as many houses as they can, but we still travel over to Nana's. This year, the Florida/Georgia game fell on Halloween, so we weren't going to go anywhere until the game was over. Afterwards, we contemplated heading to the Fall Festival at FBC, but decided against it since there really wouldn't be anything Ava could do. We headed over to Nana's to trick-or-treat :).

She even had some treats already bagged up for Ava to have, so Ava was happy.

Just as we were about to leave, one of Ava's new little cousins came by and we had a chance to snap a couple of pictures of them together. Raeleigh's headband had come off and we were trying to get a picture with both babies happy so we knew it had to happen fast, which is why it was strategically placed on her head!

After Nana's we walked back home and called it a night- very simple and laid back- which I was grateful for- that, and the Gator's win :)
