Waitin'

This past Wednesday was spent playing the waiting game. Leah had been admitted to the hospital around midnight and was dilated 4 cm. However, she didn't deliver him until a few mins after 11:00, which in all honesty wasn't too terrible. She did so great and both she and Caden are doing wonderfully. Waiting rooms in hospitals tend to be something most people dread, but when a baby is being born, the atmosphere is quite different. There were a lot of people at the hospital in hopes of catching a glimpse of the new baby boy, however, much to our dismay, the hospital (around an hour after she had delivered) came in and said only immediate family members could visit the patients rooms and that everyone else had to leave- stupid H1N1...

I will say it was precious to be able to hear his first cry....
