Ava’s First Day of Pre-K

On August 12, 2013, Ava started her first ‘official’ day of Pre-K.



She was super excited after having the summer off, but other than the fact that she would be going 4 half days instead of 2, it really wouldn’t be much different than last year. Actually, leading up to the weekend before school started she wasn’t too keen on the idea of going back, she wanted to ‘go to work’ because she had ‘tickets to do’… I’m afraid that girl has been bitten by the Ace gene as well..haha! Fortunately she started to get excited a few days before and woke up ready to go that first morning.



I also have to put in this disclaimer… She hasn’t ever been to gymnastics, that is something we are going to do this fall, but she has decided she wants to be a gymnast because, and I quote, she ‘wants to be on TV’…well… okay then. So who knows whether she will still want to be a gymnast after she has actually ‘done’ gymnastics! haha!



After a great morning at preschool, I picked her up and we went to lunch with Nana and Gigi! It’s going to be a great year!
